Here you can find the PPM core and PPM numerics source code packages for download. To successfully compile PPM you need following pre-requisites:
Since version 1.2 PPM core and PPM numerics are released under the LGPL v.3 License.
The list of changes and installation instructions can be found in the README file inside the library packages.
The ones who prefer to keep using the legacy (pre 1.2) version of PPM can download the complete package here (1.5 MB).
